Knocking M

Hello!
I have a 79 Ranchero with a 351 M with about 87 K on it the motor has a knock that is definately in the bottom end, however it has very good oil pressure and when the RPM's are brought up above about 1,000 the knock goes away.
I don't know much about these engine's but I am thinking thrust knock, any help will be appreciated.

Sound like a main bearing.

I had a 351c in a /71 Cougar that developed a knock in the bottom end...

Turned out to be a connecting rod bearing....

Mains should knock under load. Rods under float conditions. Maybe the timing chain?
