F350 problems

F350 problems
The right bank of injectors have quit firing. I have tried a idm and the uvc and new valve cover gasket. I am getting code 1316. Says idm codes stored.
Does anyone have any insight to what the problem may be?
I have also unplugged the icp, still no help. Had 10k installed when this problem started.
Anyone who has experienced anything like this please post any info here or email me at wscott92@bellsouth.net
