I just use a little baking soda and some water...
But seriously, Aquafresh all the way. Spicy!! I feel so refreshed!

Yes toothpaste is toxic. If too much is ingested it can block Calcium uptake in your digestive system. Always eat breakfast first then brush your teeth. If you brush your teeth first the calcium in the milk may not be readily absorbed.
