How sweet it is!!!
Finally, after 3 lllloooonnnngggg years, we've finally got a football team! I got it all this year!
I got speed! 1 fullback who LIKES to hit
1 Halfback with the MOVES!
1 Flanker with Speed to spare! If he gets around the end GIVE US SIX!
I got a QB who can put the ball wherever I want it(within about 25 yards)
I got a Tight End who can't DROP the ball!(hauled it down in practice once in a group of 4!)
I've got roughly 500 lbs. protecting my QB!(remember 6-9 yr. olds)
And MAN, OH, MAN I've got two linebackers that hit like MACK trucks!
You can hear those pads at the top of the stands (and one guy, even his technique is picture perfect. He could give pointers to the pro's!) My HB replied when I told him to get around the end where that LB was---"you tryin' to get me killed, coach?
It's finally coming together. I'm drawing up some plays tonight.
If you can't tell from my writing, I'm very excited!
Last years head coach is pea-green with envy.
If you guys are interested, I'll keep you posted on how the season goes. If you're not interested, I'm posting anyway!!lol.
