51 F1 allignment specs

According to the '51 Operators Manual, the alignment specs are:
Caster: 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 deg. with 1/2 deg max variation
Camber: 1/4 to 1 deg.
King Pin Inclination: 7 1/4 to 8 deg.
Toe-in: 0" to 1/16"
