Another woman in the Chapter! AWESOME! Email me & I'll give you my # so we can chat "live" when you have time! I'm so glad to have another lady here! At least someone will understand me now! LOL! Make sure your hubby joins too ok? We need the membership!
Do you off road at all? We're getting a trip together soon - it would be great if you could join us!
Welcome again!
Welcome rotested! Nice to meet you! Hope to see you at some events this summer! What truck do you have? We're going off roading soon - want to join us?
I have a 2001 F350 XCab diesel that is still stock, but hopefully not for too much longer! Plans are for 6" w/ 35's, and I'm thinking either Superlift or Fabtech. Got a hotel room w/some buddies down in PA for the Bloomsburg Jambo, so I'm trying to work some OT so I can get the lift/tires by then! Summer's are typically my busy time, vacation days cancelled from June - mid Sept! But, I was a member of a "club" like this for Tacoma owners previously (I know, that's why I traded it for the SD!) and it was a blast, got together a few times with others, so I am loooking forward to the same here! Later!
My wife and I are Snow Birds returning to Oswego,NY for the summer. I drive a 2002 550 Ford modified by Eclipse Conversions. Throughbred Model. Looking forward to becoming active this summer
Welcome dfbi!! Glad to have you here! We're trying to plan different events for this summer so stay tuned & watch the forum. If you have any ideas or events you'd like to attend, post them!
Once again, welome!
BTW - what is the Thoroughbred model? I've only seen 1 pic of it but don't know anything about it.
Thanx for the reply Cowlady. The best way to see a pix of the Thoroughbred is to go to the web site Eclipseconversions.com and click on Thoroughbred. This hauler was a lucky find in Charlotte NC. It was traded in with 20,000 miles on it last year.We really are amazed at the attenion it created in our travels. Nobody remembers my name but--they know the "Big White Truck".
Hi rancherman84! Thanks for responding so quickly to the email! Any chance you can make a meeting next weekend out near Rochester? So far it's only going to be 1956MarkII & myself attending! Email me for definite details ok? It would be Sat or Sun - depends on what works best for you & 1956MarkII.
Hello I'm Vee eight i'm not in the F150 club yet but by the end of June i should have a new Lariat Supercrew which is coming from Canada to me in Southampton England then i will be. I wanted to get the truck from the U.S. but the dealers won't sell to me cos i'm not an American and i don't have a US drivers licence etc. etc. So i've got to go the Canadien route and have a kilometers speedo and daytime running lights. There are quite a few bonuses such as heated seats and 6 disc cd as standard and the exchange rate saves me about $1400 us. I've ordered a fully loaded truck in wedgewood blue with the black leather captains. Looking forward to hearing from you other 150's from across the pond . Happy motoring V8.
