Engine ID

I have block that came out of a 74 F150 Bore measures 4.25 and strock measure almost 3.78. It says D3TE-I or 1 not sure can anybody tell me what this might be.

This is a 1973 360/390 casting. It came with a 4.05" bore. You might measure the bore again. If it is 4.25" you will need to sleeve all 8 cylinders to use it. The best thing to do would be throw it away and get another block.
