They think the lift could be contributing to the vibe, but they told me the tires needed 8 ounces to balance. He thought this was terrible even for a decent size tire. I drove the truck a good while this morning, and it is better, but I believe there is something in the driveline causing this. The tires were road forced balanced.

Other people have told me the lift should not effect the pinion angle and cause my problems. The dealer said the rake of the driveshaft and the pinion angle is way different from stock, whatever.

I have a cornfed 2" spacer that was installed by a 4x4 shop that has been is business for 20 years. To be totally honest, if the lift has caused my vibration and it can be proven, I will pay for it to be right. However there are many non-lifted trucks with the sam problem.

If your dealer thinks the angle is so much different from stock, walk out and look at the other trucks on the lot. The angle of the u-joints on each end of the drive shaft are the same. The drive shaft itelf would change a minimal amount from lifting the front, but its the same as driving up a small incline. There's a lot of trucks out there thats been lifted and do not have any problems, including mine. Did you have the problem before the lift?

I agree, they are up to something, they are on the road to ****ing me off. To be honest, I did not notice the problem until after the lift, but I feel it was there before.

Weeks after the lift, I went to get the wife something to eat. I was going down this smooth road and decided to see if I had this vibration everybody was talking about. The radio was off I was really looking for it. On the way back, I was going around 60 under light throttle (thinking I don't have this vibration) then all of a sudden I felt the dreaded vibe. Once you know its there it becomes obvious.
