normal or not?
i'm not sure i have problem or not....i'm hoping it's normal for the truck and i'm just being paranoid.
often when i'm pulling out from a stop....it feels as though something is 'slipping' in the rear. i push the pedal...the engine heaves...then i feel a slight "clunk" in the rear....then the truck gets movin.
paranoid or not?

A guy I work with had the exact same problem w/ his 04 Lariat. They determined that it was the driveshaft. They also told him to come pick up the truck and they would call him back when the new driveshaft came in because they were on national backorder.
After hearing others complain about this problem on this site and then hearing about the backorder... I think it's confirmed that this is a common problem.
