What should I do?
My problem is this; When I trounce on my truck, it seems to take off "OK," but when it shifts to 2nd gear, the converter slips for about 2 seconds, then locks up and smacks the pavement real hard. I know I'm losing a lot of power to the ground through this converter not locking up right after the shifts. It's probably slipping a lot in 1st gear also. I think it should launch a lot harder than it does. Is there an easy way to address this without throwing another $3K or so at the truck? Thanks, Eric
