Unless maybe you have a Canadian model that is reading kilometers, that is exactly what it means. A rear end gear change or extreme tire change could throw it off too.
i dont get it tho, i basically drive to school ( 5 miles) and drive 10 miles during lunch and 5 back to home and 3 on my way to work and 3 back, with and occasional 30 minute drive here or there, i dont think this adds up to 20 k tho?? i dont know

Odometer fraud is usually just rolling back the odometer. I can't think that someone would want the odometer to roll faster than normal.
I don't follow the tire sizes. You went from a 235/75/15 to a what? 31 10.5? Basically if you put a smaller circumference tire on, you'd go less mileage for the same amount of spins of the wheels as with larger tires. I'd think that your speed would also be off by the same percentage.
Here's a test. Find a nice boring piece of road with mile markers. As you pass one note your mileage. Drive by 5 or 10 (the more the better), then note your mileage again as you pass another. If it is off by a few percent, no big deal, we'll chalk that up to you looking down at the slightly wrong moment. If it is off by 20% or something larger, you've definitely got an issue.
ok i will definetly do that, but i am still a little confused, i mean if my odometer says i drove 20 thousand miles and i only drove 4 or 5, i mean that's a big deal. i know for a fact that i didnt drive that many miles, atleast im pretty dang sure i didnt, cuz i havent had my truck for more the half a year, and i drive 20-30 miles a day, and i refill my truck every friday, and i get 200 miles a tank.. so if u do the math, 200 miles times 36 weeks or so..

ok that might be off to but it's a ruff estimate. ya know, it's probably lesst han that, that means i have a big deal here. what do i do??
Well, you'll have to diagnose what the problem is. First step is to verify that the odometer is indeed innaccurate. Right now, all you have is a feeling that it is based on rough guestimates.
Second step is to then start finding out why it is off. As I mentioned, gears and tires can throw it off.
Measure the outer circumference of your new tires vs. the old ones. If you went a good deal smaller, it would cause you more miles than you drive.
Did you buy your truck used? If so, did the previous owner have gears installed on it? If he did and didn't get a speed calibrator, you can rack up extra miles. Check the driver's door tag or the axle tag for what gears are supposed to be in there. Then jack up the rear of the truck on a flat surface (BE SURE TO CHOCK THE FRONT TIRES), leaving it in neutral. Spin the rear tires one turn while you are under the truck counting turns on the driveshaft. You need to be accurate to a 1/4 turn or so. This will tell you your rear end ratio. If the measured ratio is different from the ratio on the tags, chances are you had a gear swap on the truck with no speedcal.
If all these things check out, then I'd start digging further into electronics and mechanical type things. I'm not sure how a '94's speedo works. In fact I don't know how mine works. The only one I've taken apart was on an '83 Porsche 944. It was cable driven off the front left wheel and was connected directly back to the cluster. Most cars don't work like this and either use gearing off the tranny, electronic sensors, or both.
ok im really sorry lol, i am an idiot!! i had a friend who has a ranger look at it, and hes like umm that's is 113k not 133k, i guess it's like the older rangers were it doesnt have the 1 on the 100k, sorry!! but thanks anyway!
