Well I finally got done installing my fog lights. For anyone that doesnt know they are OEM Fog lights for a 2001 Ranger. I did change the wiring a little though. I wanted to be able to turn them on when I wanted to not only when my low beams were on so I wired them to a constant power source. Anyway here are some pics:

Rollie, It's easy to do. Just takes about five minutes. I did mine. I also did the "ramp mod" so I can turn my fogs on with the parking lights.
To keep your high fogs on when the high beam comes on all's you have to do is put a jumper wire between two other wires.
If you look at the wire connector that plugs into the back of the headlamp switch, there should be 9 wires of varying colors. Although the connector has space for 12 wires, only 9 of them are used. Also, on the wire side of the connector (as opposed to the switch side of the connector, which is the side you would insert into the switch), the wire positions are numbered.
Find the #2 wire (white/black) and the #12 wire (brown) that is attached to the connector and splice them together. That's it! No cutting needed! Don't forget to electrical tape/insulate your splice well.(I used some crimp on splicers)

There have been some reports of people blowing fog lamp fuses when they do this wire mod. But for most it seems to work good.

I guess I had an advantage doing mine myslef. All I had to do is take the wire that was supposed to be spliced into my headlight wire under the dash and instaed of hooking it up there just hook it up to a constant source. The only thing is they can always be turned on so I have to watch the kids when they are in there during the day. I guess I could have found a wire only hot when the truck is on but I was way to lazy.
