I got my Harely Style Flames put on last weekend. Those of you at the Wichita GTG got to see them in person. Here are a few pics the our Chapter Photographer/President took. (thanks Rollie)
i don't know if you would call it a mod just yet . I got some rims and tires pretty cheap (thanks jon) but i cant put them on until i make the money for adapters but they are some pretty nice rims
Well here are my newest mods..... Used 33" tire mounted on stock wheel to replace the one that blew out on me the other day AND 5 new wheel studs that I had to replace after I broke the old ones while replacing said tire AND a new thermactor pipe plug after the old one fell out and made my truck sound like a John Deer on steroids. Oh yeah and I took the licence plate hanger off the front bumper to make room for my tow hooks. Not as flashey as some others posted here but I did do alot of wrenching this week lol !!!!
The tires are a little bigger than I wanted but they look good. It raised the truck 1 1/2 so looks like back to the lowering board again...LOL. I may just lower the rear another inch and call it good.
I bought new plugs and wires but WOW...what a hassle. Does the plugs take a special socket? I don't have any that will fit to get them out. They are down inside of the head. So it looks like I need a very skinny socket. Any suggestions???
