Squeaking/Grinding Noise

A squeaking/grinding noise just started coming from up around the front drivers side wheel assembly. It goes away when I turn to the right and comes back as soon as I turn back left and did it for most of the 32 mile drive to work this morning. Any ideas? Bad bearing? Rock up in the brake assembly?

Take the wheel off and check for a rock in the caliper area or the pads worn down. Do it now. End of tranmission
