cargo question

Well, thanks to ebay, I just bought a 2004 Eton viper 50cc quad for my son. Does anyone know if this will fit in the back of my Expy? It is a 3 hour ride to go get it.

I see a couple options (assuming nobody has ever put a 50cc Eton in the back).

A. Head to the manufacturer's website and find the dimensions or call the manufacturer.

B. Rent a $15 U-Haul trailer (locally) to tow the new quad home.

If U-Haul doesn't have them available there may be a local trailer rental business.

Here U-Haul wanted a couple hundred for a dolly for a car to be transported 200 miles round trip. I found a trailer rental place where I got a flat bed, dual axle traler for $25 a day.

I actually have a trailer. The problem is that the license plate was stolen from it and it is a hassle to get a new one on such short notice. I also really dont want to tow a trailer for 3 hours unless I have to.

How much does it weigh? Sounds a bit much for one person to muscle in and out of an Expy. Ramps?

Well it looks like it is going to fit, I have 35.5 inches of clearance and the guy I am buying it from said 36 inches high. A little change in it's tire pressure should handle that!
