Just not a solid, motor a little weaker and trans have a bad habit of going out. Depending on miles the timing belt needs changed about every 40000. Mainly just little things naothing major. Just always seem to be tinkering. Also the taurus should be a lot better on insurance. It has a better accident rateing.

yeah, probe is $100 more the the taurus every six months.... the neat thing about this Robe though, is there is 115K miles on the car, but only 65K on the motor. I dunno, we'll see. I'd really LOVE a 5-speed over a taurus auto. haha
