96 exp balljoints
i got a 96 expl. new. i noticed at 40k that the upper and lower balljoints had all the rubber boots shredded. called ford 2 years ago, they wasnt worried about it, this is a 2wd, now its 60k and 2 years later same story, they say no recall on that item. i know water and grime gets in there, so they are going bad slowly. anyone outhere had similar problem? veh. never been drivin in bad weather or on gravel road. DOES ANYONE MAKE REPLACEMENT RUBBER BOOTS FOR BALLJOINTS ? even contacted NHTSA no help. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THE CEO OF FORD MOTOR CO. i tried severel times and got the runaround///////////////////// thanks
