97 Pathfinder CEL...
My buddy just bought a 97 Pathfinder on Tuesday and today the CEL came on.
To just clear it by pulling a battery cable off, is the Nissan the same as Fords, remove the negative first?
Someone else told him, no, it's the positive that you remove first.
He won't do either untill he gets the correct answer.

Just pull the ECU fuse in that box under the hood. Let it sit for 20 mins, the pop back in place.
That's how I cleared my Ranger--well, that Haynes says to do that.
Much better than restting the radio presets, too.
