Help Removing rear seat back
Howdy all!
ANybody know how to remove the rear seat back from a 2004 F150 EX cab?
Trying to install an audio amplifier.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's anything like the SuperCrew there is a pipe that runs the length of the seat. It's basically clipped on at the two ends, about 6" from the end of the seat. The clips are plastic and very hard to reach.
I ended up pulling up and rocking the seat till the drivers side popped out and then the passengers side. It wasn't till I got it off that I saw the two clips.
Unfortunately I didn't take any pics...good luck, it's not easy. I took me 30 minutes before I was able to get it out.

I put a tie wrap on both clips to keep them open before reinstalling the seat.. It makes the seat removal a cinch the next time!
