Carb Rebuild Question.
Where are the numbers on the carb that tells you what rebuild kit to buy? 
I did find a sticker on the front of the bowl. It was hard to read, but it I made out that it was made by Holley. There was a number below that, 3265-00000D as far as I can make out. It's no help though.

The number they are going to want is on a small aluminum tag usually on one of the screws holding the top of the carb on. I've found quite often that on older vehicles that tag is long gone. Most carb kits today will fit quite a few different carbs. Just be careful you match the new gaskets to the old ones exactly...they are usually the only parts different inside. Just about any auto parts store will be able to give you a kit just going by application...by the truck year and engine.
