First thing you gotta do is get the key. Turn the ignition to the accessory position and insert a paper clip into the little hole near the key hole, push in the little spring-loaded ball and continue turning the switch counter clockwise past the accessory position until it stops. Now slide the lock cylinder out.
From under the dash, push the switch toward the bezel, while holding the bezel in and rotate the switch. The two should spring apart.
