Another Mirror Post
When (if) I get a super duty I will want to paint the mirrors to match the body. I didn't see any topics on this subject.
Will I need to get new mirrors or can I sand and prep the existing molded black ones? I ask because i could order the regular mirrors and add the right TT/HTD/TS mirrors afterwords. I don't want to add the mirrors and then have to splice in wires though.

Why I saw a white SD today with painted mirrors (TT/TS/ML). From the factory I presumed...
Anyway, get the mirrors you like then paint them to match. Easy to do with proper prepping and paint.

Yeah, I think the King Ranches come with body matched mirrors. The first one I saw was white too, then I looked really close in my '04 brochure and noticed the King Ranches did have them painted.
