How much advance

I built a 460 with 4.140 stroke. Comp Cams 306s. Flat top pistons. Ford Racing Cobra Jet Heads. Accel distributer. MSD 6al. MSD start retard.

The advance is locked out on my distributor. How much total advance can I run on 110 octane or 100 low lead?

Thanks for any help. I can't hear if the motor is pinging or not.

I would say 38 deg. total.
