Replaced Torque Convertor pump Bushing and seal and still got a leak have replaced bushing and seal twice and still leaks. Anybody have a solution? Possibly building to much pressure?
Have you had the tranny checked? Checked the codes? E4OD front seal leaks are typical if the tranny is running hot. Probably slipping and building too much heat.
its the front seal been replaced twice transmission dun slip at all i been thinkin bout putting a cooler on it but i hate the idea of putting a seal and bushin in for a 3rd time unless i know it will fix it
i dun think its over heating cause it hasn't been drove over 15 miles at a time hasn't towed anything and not been over 65 since had the last seal and bushing in
Are you sure its comming from the torque converter seal? I had one leak from a cracked dip stick tube that looked like it came fron the torque converter area.

Perplexing drove the truck on a 40 mile round drip looked underneath was dry as a bone like it had never leaked somebody suggested that the gromet could be soaked with tranny fluid and it might look like its leaking cause heat will force it out the rubber compound i hope they were right
