Door Handles
Is it true that the door handles from an Excursion will fit the doors of a super duty? I have a Super Duty with the plain black handles and want to get painted ones to match color of truck.

Are those X handles painted or are they made out of colored plastic? And if they are painted, how durable is the paint. I have a white truck so the handles I would get would be white, and being that I have grubby hands, I will probably be scrubbing them alot. (my white refrigerator handles are always dirty)
