I replaced the hose on the right side, but still no luck. It still pulls right (and occassionally left as I found out today) Basically it's turning into a toss up for what will happen when I step on the breaks. I'm quickly become afraid to drive. The break lines look good, the passenger side hose is new, the calipers are both new, pads are new, any other guesses?
Thanks!

If you have all the other bases covered, I'd replace the drivers side brake line (hose). It could be expanding under braking causing the other side to get more pressure.

If it's going from side to side randomly then maybe take a look at the steering. Upper ball-joint could react differently depending on road crown.

I had the same problem and just welded a crack in the steering box to frame bracket. Now it handles mint

The ball joints look good to me, i can hardly get them to move.
What would I look for in the steering? It's definetly got some play in it, but I can't see anything move when I turn it. Where should I be looking?

lift the front-end of the truck off the ground and support it by the frame so that the wheels and suspension have no weight on them
check the 'play' in the steering and suspension by holding the front tire at 3 and 9 o'clock positions and moving it as if you were turning right then left
this should let you feel any looseness in the steering....everything should be tight and smooth and if you feel any looseness or "slop" , you should be able to see where it is
as for ball joints, hold the wheel at 6 and 12 0'clock and try to pull the bottom of the tire out an in and the top of the tire out and in and the same time, there may be some movement, but not any 'clunking' or looseness
this should let you at least see if there seems to be some problem with the steering/suspension
