Noise in Engine after hitting 45 mph
Hello, I have a 1978 Ford F150 400 Big Block. When I am driving down the road at 45 mph or higher I have this noise in the Engine that just wont go away. It doesnt make the noise until I reach 45 mph. It does not smoke and it has plenty of power. It has been doing this since I have had it 1 year ago. Never gets worse but always there. Even at idle I have no noises in Engine.
Could anyone tell me what it could be?

I am not sure what rpm I am going while the noise is there, how ever the sound that I have been hearing is a knocking sound. But like I said it only does it once I reach 45 mph. I am not sure what it is.
