Ok I must throw my .02 in here since this just happend to me....... BE CAREFUL!! Seriously , I would not go for it , not this soon anyways. Your situation sounds just like mine and I asked the same questions your asking and every one told me to be carefull and I didn't listen and she turned out to be very different that what I saw, and also they almost never say yes or no anymore, so make sure you get a definate yes or no or else you will have more questions than we can answer. So all in all just egt to know her on a friend level first.

Would you buy a used rental car????? No, you dont know its history or issues.

I wouldnt go for it. Im 17 (ill be 18 in a little over a month) and I haven't realy had a girl friend i know I chick like what you describe and Im a friend with her and thats it (good lookin but smokes and drinks for fun). Also Im extremly shy around girls and I only have about 5 good friends but I have very good people skills because I deal with people at work since I work in a hardware store. But I never realy talk to girls and in all of my spare time and spend all of my money on my truck.

I'm gonna have to agree with Monster 78 on this one.

I'm 18 as well. I've been in a similar situation, but I was able to slow down enough to realize what was going on and was able to get out of that situation before anything regrettable happened.

Those things you mentioned are surefire signs of bad things to come. Leave her be. She's out for blood, and she doesn't care who gets hurt, as long as it's not her. She will take advantage of you if you let her have the chance.

First off, I can deal with a girl who smokes, but she will NOT smoke in the truck. Second, I ain't gonna buy cigarettes for anyone. I don't care who they are. Third, looks and bodily "features" are nice, but she's gotta have the personality and character to back up the good looks.

Don't do anything you will regret later on down the road.

Ok I'm gonna step in on this one, all of you guys are making it seem like she is a bad person, a ****, mentally unstable, and a drug addict....

STOP IT! you've never met her....don't be so cruel...

and why are you guys talking about sex, he hasn't even asked her out yet!!!!

You should go for it, blow your paycheck on dinner, buy her smokes, do whatever the hell you feel like. I don't recommend you sleep with her, yet. Its one of those things that tends to wreck a good friendship, plus you don't want kids, and I was reading the other day that 50% of women will be infected with HPV during their lifetime (thats Human Papilloma Virus, or genital warts). I'm sure I don't need to give you any reasons why sex isn't a good idea til you are wed.

How are you ever gonna know if you don't try! Treat her like a princess, have some fun, at the very least, make a friend. Make your intentions perfectly clear though, mixed signals can be pretty devastating.

I agree with Mattsbox99. Get to know her and give her a chance. The only thing i wouldnt do is let her smoke in the truck. If you dont want anyone smoking in there then dont let anyone, including her. If you let her smoke in the truck then might as well let everyone else that wants to as well. Other than that, id say go for it and see how she is further down the road.

Warning signs:

Smoking in your ride even though she knew you "don't allow it" = no respect and manipulating you. Asking you to buy cigs so she can smoke more of them in your ride was a bunch of crap since she knew you don't like it in the first place.

No money for cigs yet shopping in the mall. Priorities, priorities.

Good to hear about how her big ***** didn't fit into that shirt at the mall; does she assume that you didn't notice them?

The foster parent thing; I'd try to learn more about her past. She may have some hidden baggage that you have not noticed yet.

I wouldn't say run, but rather proceed with extreme caution. I would also keep expenses to a minimum at this point. There's nothing wrong with testing the waters at this point, provided you use good judgement.

Dude, the way I see it, the easiest way to get a chick to like you is to give em a challenge. Especially with most chicks nowadays, if your too nice to em and give em everything they want they will walk all over you. Keep one step ahead of her, and it will keep her trying to stay up with you, if you know what I mean.

OK I am a chick... Here is my take
She is testing you, seing how far and how much she cant get away with... I would say she has interest in you or it would not have gone this far....The comment on her chest size is just making sure you noticed Dont give in too much to her... let her sweat a little... I wouldnt worry about her past yet, it is possible she is normal. We all have baggage, no one is immune.
But the fact that she has been in your car and offered up some personal things does mean she has some sort of trust in you, could be a good thing, could be a bad thing too soon to tell.
I think what Cowboybilly said is perfect...

Want my take on it, ask her out, take her out a few times, you have NOTHING to lose. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT fool around these first few times. If it looks serious after these few dates DO NOT fool around I repeat DO NOT fool around with her....give it time let things work out, again that is if it looks like it could be a serious relationship and she does not have too much baggage taht you have to carry.

If it looks like it is not going ot be a lasting or serious relationship, have fun, be a guy, get it out of your system while you are still young.

If she is 17, then you do not have to worry about stat rape. I dont think a single state in the country has 18 is 18, normally it is at 17, some places 16, and some even 14. (that is just sick) as in if she is 17, you dont have to worry if you are older, or younger, if she is 16 then you DO have to worry.
Have fun and get it out of your system if it does nt look like a serious or lasting relationship.

While somethings might seem really neat (big boob conversation) really that isn't something you talk about upon initial conversations with anyone unless you are seeking trouble.
He's right. Believe me. I wish I could go back and tell myself at 19 these same things that the great folks on this sight are telling you now. Please believe us when we tell you that if you aren't careful, you will get burned. She sounds like a fun date, but ask yourself (in your most mature voice): why would a girl I just met talk to me about her breasts? Why am I compromising my morals (ie, the smoking in YOUR truck) for this girl? Doesn't she respect me?
Again I promise you: a girl worth keeping is a girl who respects you for standing up for yourself. Anything less is going to be a painful lesson.
My preacher said it best to the teens in the congregation: "don't date a girl that you wouldn't marry." (I'm not trying to make this religious in any way, there was just alot of wisdom in his words).

The funny thing is, when you get to be 38 years old, you are going to look back at these things and say, "Man, those guys were right!"

Good luck to you.

this chick is crazy bronco. it sounds like she has a lot of baggage that she will bring along if you two decide to make anything of the flirtting. Just have fun and then you will truely find someone special when you least expect to. I met my girlfriend and probably future wife when I was in the mindset that I was going to finish law school and then maybe date around.

Obviously its too early to tell anything; intentions, interest, etc., tread lightly my friend b/c cig smoke is hard to get rid of. Also, just keep your guard up and take her at least, can't go wrong there. I wouldn't care for a smoker though, but thats me. Keep us posted. -William
