Electrical Problem
1993 Explorer Limited
When left standing overnight, battery is drained to the point that starter will not turn. This only happens intermittently...perhaps once every 2-3 weeks.
Local Ford dealership stumped after $170.00 labor bill. Could find nothing wong. However problem persists.
MAY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ABOVE PROBLEM, but Premium Sound system window shows "BAD" and this can be temporarily remedied by taking out and reinserting over and over two fuses #'s 1 & 11. The "BAD" disappears and the system again works for a few days/weeks.

Want to spend another $7? One common problem is the fuel relay sicks on. This would be the right amount of current to drain the battery over night. The relay is located under the fuse distribution box.
