I will be ordering my 2000 F250 or F350 CC SRW 4X4 V10 Lariat soon, however the info on the 2000 is still limited. I haven't seen all the color combinations or the new console on the Captain's Chairs. So, I am hoping that someone might be able to direct me to a top notch Truck Conversion/Customizing company to help me make the best factory installed decisions. I live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area (GO Jesse!), but I do travel to Chicago frequently. I guess bottom line, I want to do it up and do it up right! I've seen Waldoch but am not impressed. I have seen Eclipse, better, but can't seem to find them? Any opinions or information would be appreciated and helpfull.
If I'm thinking right you are looking for a truck conversion outlet that will enable you to buy a 250 already "finished out".
I went up the the western NC mountains last week checking on my construction progress and saw a bunch of really nice trucks. The local dealer (in Franklin, NC) had some on his lot! Here in Florida the "Mark III" plant in the Ocala area does a great job. Also, I saw an older 250 done up by "Southern Comfort". Saw two new 250SD's that had Texas plates on them that looked very good but I couldn't find the conversion name.
I live in Libertyville, Illinois, and the local Ford dealer here has almost all of their Super Duty as conversions by Waldock. E-Mail me at tttennis@megsinet.net for more info
I'm not sure what it might be. I read in one of the other notes on the board that in 2000 there would be a new console. Maybe a bit more like what's available in the 40/20/40 bench?
Drat!, Gosh darn! and Phooey!!! Maybe I should change my plans, really go in debt, and get a 350 instead. Looking at these prices I figure I'll have to do some big time shopping.
