What bulb for headlights?

My driver's side bulb recently burnt out and I need to get a new set. Was just curious what everyone was running and how ya like them. Also what watts low/high beam should I get. Don't wanna burn anything up.

9004s for a 87-91 or 9007s for a 92-96. I use the hyper blue bulbs you can find on ebay under a search, but the typical bulb at an autoparts store will do just fine.

Sounds like I'm too late but I LOVE my Sylvania Silverstars. I put them in the wife's car and my truck and they are great!

I have the same bulbs in my 87 much brighter you'll be happy. The guy at the auto parts store calls them shotgun headlights. You'll find out why there called that after you pull up behind someone at a stop light..

Sorry I have the Sylvania Silverstars. little brighter than the blues.

Thanks for the replies fellas.
I've read nothing but good things about the Silverstars. If I don't like these maybe I'll try out a set.

Got the bulbs in...
Seem about the same as my old ones. Old ones were GE Blue, but had a little bigger bulb.
