hello guys, ok i never really bought an aftermarket set of wheels before, i have a couple of days to decide on a awesome set of wheels for a great price, i have a 2003 f-150, the wheels that i can get are tripple chrome plated and here is the info
size: 18X9
Bolt pattern: 5X135 mm
Offset: +12 mm
ok, well the factory are 17's, so i am planning on buying tires also of course, will these wheels fit good on my truck? like i said, please help, the guy is only holding these wheels for me for a certain time limit, also, if they do fit, what tire would you suggest on them, im not planning on lifting or lowering my truck, so im assuming something that is close to the stock size but on an 18" wheel, thank you very much in advance for any information that you can give me...

I would ask two questions:
Are the wheels hub-centric? If not, you'll need the conical lug nuts.
Are the bolt holes large enough to handle the truck's lug bolts? In '01 Ford went from 12 to 14 mm stud sizes- same 5x135mm bolt pattern. I have a set of rims with 12mm holes from a '97 F150 that won't fit on my wife's '02 F150 because it has 14 mm lugs.
