The correct answer is it depends.
There were a whole bunch of different heads made for those engines. Several will swap as long as the rocker supports are included but you have to post the head ID's.
Then there is also the hollow and solid push rod.

I have a 279 that I plan on rebuilding one day. One side has the '54 head, with the small plug, and the other has the '55 head with the large plug. There's a set of rocker arms for the 302/332 on ebay that I was thinking of buying if they fit....

Anyway getting back to the truck engines, the 14 and 18 mm plug heads are a fair bit different in specs. It might be better just to get a later pair of matched heads. Someone was giving away a 317 on here or the 48-60 Forum not too long ago.
The 332 rockers may not work without the matching push rods either, which style do you have now?
