As long as you don't run th 100HP program or get overly enthusiastic with the 65, you shouldn't see any. I am running my 03 with no mods and being sorta conservative. I haven't run it all out. It is quieter and smoother at highway speeds.
What kind of fuel economy increase have you noticed with the predator? Mine is stock and I plan to keep it that way for a while, sorta wondering what the $400 predator would for me with my stock rig?

My rig is bone stock at this point.. I do have a EGT gauge, but it's still in the box!! Haven't had time to pop it in yet.. The Predator makes a HUGE difference even in the 65 HP tune.. I romp on it occasionaly to pass, or just for fun, but drive somewhat sane most of the time!! I commute with mine, and with the traffic and all, it's been kinda hard to guess what the increase really is.. I do see some increase, BUT,, the great thing is that I now have way more power and torque and it definetly isn't using more/extra fuel!!! I commute about 50-60 miles a day, and it "seems" that I get an extra day, maybe two out of a tank of fuel if the traffic flows!! Haven't done any long trips yet.. I would at least install a EGT gauge, especially if towing heavy, and with summer coming.. Cheap insurance..

I haven't run a full tank through yet so I don't know. Let you know as soon as I do.

I've ran 4 tanks through mine and am seeing 1.5-2 mpg better on the interstate @ 80-83 mph...but this coincides with warmer weather also, so most likely both the Predator and the warmer temps are helping.
I did notice when I was on a crowded two-lane highway with a 65-mph speed limit for 125 miles that the overhead (which always reads 1-1.5 mpg optimistic) said I was getting 18.5 mpg...
The truck is so much smoother, shifts better, and just seems to like itself more with the Predator. It acts as if it has gone on the Slim-Fast diet and weighs 3000 pounds less...has much more "bounce in it's step!"
I'm pretty sure I could get noticeably better fuel mileage if I did not play with it so much. I do enjoy the extra power and use it...I don't drive like an idiot and try to race everybody I see, but if some unwitting driver tries to steal my lane, I do my duty and protect it! I usually jump so far out ahead of them when they try and beat me that it actually creates a nice little open space for them behind me in front of the third car...they don't actually have to learn a lesson and get shut out when the lane ends; which is kind of sad. This truck is not the quickest thing out there, but people sure do not expect it to get up and move the way it does!
Other than the Predator, the truck is absolutely stock right now. The HOG 4" turbo-back is going on soon, and I just got my gauges today.
Guess I never said what my mileage was/is -- 14.2 city/highway mix before; now with Predator and warmer temps it is about 16. Although it has been warmer here (Montana), I don't think they switch over to the "summer fuel" until the first few weeks of April.
Its funny to me how every one says there over head is off by so much. I think I must have the only one that is right on the money, ALL of the time. Doesn't stop me from hand calculating evertime I fill up though.
