When you wash your truck and you wipe it down it always leaks water from the mirror and door handle attachments where water collects and runs down after the truck is nice and dry. Well if figured out how to beat that pesky water. Get some canned air with the long stick nozzel and just blast it out and wipe !! NO more water streaks!! Cya
Sully, try a 200 mph leaf blower. Cheaper than canned air ..in the long run. Works great for those areas you mention plus:
The grill, the bed, the area between the hood and windshield (water puddles around the wiper mounts), etc.
If you don't already have one they start at about $30 from Homer's (Home Depot).
I also use my leaf blower on the interior to blow out all the crumbs and trash that get caught under the seats and other hard to reach places. Just open all the doors and have at it. Then vacume normally.
i use the air compressor too. looking to get a leafblower so i can dry the car easier and get all the stuff from inside. should i go for electric or gas?
I would think if you used a gas leaf blower on the interior, your truck would then wreak of 2-cycle fumes. I know any time I use one, or my weed wacker, my clothes stink like the exhaust.
