Turning radius comparisons
Here is some info I found while looking for my own 2000 F-250 SC 4x4. I don't know exactly what to make of it, but maybe you can decipher it.
Turning circle curb to curb (ft.)
48.25 w/4x2 137 wb: 70.82 w/4x4 201 wb (range)
....like I said I can't figure it out exactly either.

Turning radius comparisons
My husband and i have a 99 f-250 4x4 crew cab(long bed) and the only thing i can say is it turns on a dollar bill, no dimes involved here.
I no longer go to drive thrus along with many other places. I really have to scope out parking lots before i enter in fear i wont be able to get out. After all that i would not trade it for anything, not even a short bed.
