150 Computer Learning

OK help me here, if my trucks will try to learn my driving style, habits, and speed? Mine is new now w/less than 500 miles on it and like all my previous trucks I took some time till my first oil change and took it easy braking them in.. will this effect my computer?

You can always clear the computer and start over.It takes a while to learn but it will update itself if your driving habits change.

I'd really like to know what advantage there is in the vehicle learning my driving habits? Does it somehow increase my gas mileage? What if I'm a very conservative driver, but the one time I really need to floor it to get out of a dangerous situation, the truck doesn't respond because that's not normally how I drive???

If you need to have full power the computer will go to a predefined mode as it has already seen that you are doing something you do not normally do.

Just drive and your truck will take care of you.
