in my bronco whenever i do a water crossing all i do is wrap it in a plastic bag then when iam done i remove it the rest of the truck is water proof but it takes too long to wrap it all the time i do like the EFI cause i can run it at any angle and it dont stall i would just leave it in the bag but i am worried about it overheating and shorting out
