Make sure the tank is full, then get out the plasma cutter. Cut out the bad section and weld in a new piece.

Seriously, i would let a professional handle it because of the close proximity to the fuel sysetem, and because any comtaminients could ruin the engine.

So who is still rocking their Rangers with no rust or issues? Mine (in my profile pic) was sold to another owner but I still see it around town all the time. Still doing great.
