Headlight

Why is my left headlight (driver side) brighter than my right headlight(passenger side)?

Are both bulbs new? If so I would look at the ground side of the circuit. There is an electrical test called voltage drop testing- this test is performed with a multi meter on dc scale. To do the test you connect one of the wires from the multi meter to the positive battery post and the other lead to the hot wire on the buld( there are three wires, hot low beam, hot high and ground) with the lights turned on the meter will display a number, this is how many volts are lost through the wire and switch, the spec for this test is .1 volt per connection in the circuit not to exceed 1 volt. The test is the same for the high beam hot as well. To do the test on the ground side connect one lead to the battery negative post and the other to the ground wire at the light. The thing to remember is that the circuit must be on( hot) to perform these test. If you have any questions email me. Hope this helps. Also this test can be performed on all electrical accessories.
