Headlight parts

Im having no luck finding the lower and inner adjusting blocks and shafts for my driver side, and a lower for my pass side headlights.

Anyone got any laying around, or know where to get them other than stealership?
I used 2002 lights if it makes a diff.

Check with Chase and see what info he can give you. He went through this not too long ago. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...questions.html

1999/2002 F250/550 Super Duty w/o Aero Headlights (not the same as Expedition).

6C3Z13032BA .. Horizontal Adjustment-Inboard Screw/Nut (replaces: F81Z13032AA)

MSRP: $4.62 / ftepartsguy.com price each: $3.32
------------------------------------------------
F81Z13032BA .. Vertical Adjustment Screw/Nut

MSRP: $3.87 / ftepartsguy.com price each: $2.78

I do not know if these parts fit 2003's and later, my parts catalogs only go thru 2002.

Randy from my exhaustive searching I've found that the adjuster bolts on the 02 style headlights are only available from Ford if you buy the whole dayum headlight. I had some part numbers from Ed (FTE parts guy) but they were for the old school sealed beam style headlights... and I'm pretty sure it was the numbers you have listed above. Off to the junkyard to find the right adjusters...

Damn Chase, your still looking?! OK, I'll check the local scrap yards again, this time for a double order.

The donor of my headlights (lostmybeer) is supposed to have looked today... I don't live close to a yard so I haven't been able to look.

Do you guys need just one set each or both? I switched to the 05 headlights and have the old ones still sitting in the garage.

I need one top and both bottoms. In the pic above its the bottom left and top right studs. The ones you use the torx in.
It sounds like Chase needs the other stud without the torx adjusting block. The one on top left in my pic.
Chase correct me if Im wrong.

The adjusters I need are the upper outside bolts- there is a rubber cup that is snapped into the headlight housing and the adjuster mechanism is a bolt with a ball on the end and a star-shaped plastic doodad for an adjuster.
Randy are you missing the entire lower adjuster? They can be swapped out from your old lights. I have two partial adjusters off the 02 lights I have I'd gladly donate to you if you do need them.

Very close. I'll try and get some pics tonight of what I need, but it's the top outside adjuster on both lights. There is a black rubber cup that snaps into the headlight housing, a bolt with a ball end that fits into the cup, and on the other end of the bolt is a plastic piece that snaps into the header panel with some way to adjust the thing in the mix somewhere.
