Front Bumper
I want to either paint the plastic on these or something, the plastic is too dull.
Does any company make a replacement cover or ready to paint cover that i could buy? The body shop said it would be worth investigation but didn't give me any help as far as manufacturers. And it'd probably be cheaper than him repainting them.
I don't want a bumper cover just a new look to the same old gray.
I paid about $124 alltogether for shipping, lights and the air dam.
The airdam that I have is fiberglass, had it since Augest and it's been through heck - hurricane.... ran into 2 foot of snow and no chips, cracks or dents.....

I changed out my '97 front end to one off a freshly rolled '03 Lariat Supercrew and it included a smoothed and painted top plastic peice and grey textured lower valance. I've known many members that sanded their valance and painted it with Krylon Fusion and have had good luck Others sand it, apply adhesion promoter, flexible primer, then paint it with an air gun and automotive grade paint, clearcoat, then wet sand it with 2000 grit sand paper and those always look great. even just painting the stock grey valance with Krylon Fusion Gloss Black looks much better over stock, proabably wouldn't hold up well against mesquitos though.
