Overdrive Off Light Flashing
The overdrive off light at the end of the shift level starts flashing when the truck is going uphill and the E4OD is shifting from 3 to 4. After the light starts flashing shift points are more distinct. Stopping the truck and shutting the engine off resets everything back to normal. The Ford dealership has looked at the tranny and could find nothing wrong. Has anyone had this problem before and what was the cure?
