Well mine are 78.. I have a couple 76(i think) 400 heads that have had a vavle drop in them. They dotn have much of a bump but they are all rusty. I mgiht do alittle porting on mine.. jsut open them up some.. along with the intake too.. I cant mess anything up as long as i dont get into the valves right?? I know 2 stroke engines if you dotn port it right you can mess it up and make it run worse.. jsut wondering if truck motors would be teh same.

I will probly get soem Headers for it.. My dad has JC whitney brand ones on his.. sounds really good. Are there any headers for them that make alot more power?? I seen in Summit some headers for $89.. ill probly buy those.
