I have an FE sitting on the garage floor, and my neighbor wants it for his 76 F100 4x4 shortbed.
He's got a 302 C4 xcase combo.
I know that all of that will have to come out and go with a C6 xcase combo.
My question is: Do we have to change the engine frame brackets?
Or will the FE just drop into them.

 

You will need new mounts/towers, but everything else will hook right up, from the fuel lines to the wiring harnesses.
