X-Case Mounts
Hey guys,
Was wondering where would be the best place to order some new rubber bushings to mount my x-case on my 63 F250 4x4?? I dug around a little bit on LMC's online catalogue, but I didn't see what I needed right off hand??
I also want to order new shocks for it. I haven't checked my Auto Parts store yet, but they normally look at me stupid when I try to get stuff for my 70's Fords yet alone this 63. Do you guys think they'll have them or can get them??

Try www.rockauto.com they usually have everything you can need at very good prices. As far as the case bushings a good transmission shop will probably have a reliable source for those if Rock Auto doesn't. Shocks most any auto parts should carry them no problem, but Rock Auto might beat their prices anyway.

I called O'Reilly's. Compared to RockAuto, they were $10 higher a piece on the front shocks and had to order them. On the rear, they were only $3 higher a piece and had them on hand.
Hmmmm....I have about 6 divorced 205 x-cases laying around so maybe I can scrounge up enough 'good' bushings to put them in the 63. Anything has to be better than the way it is now as I can move the x-case around pretty easily with just my fingers!!!
