As I've said before, I don't use the VOPC, so I'm not that familiar with it. But I think if you use the voice-recognition system, you can bypass those pesky human beings and get the info you want. Ask lariatf150- I know he used it regularly to track his order, with little or no problems.
I talked to one of the 'pesky humans' the first time I called- I didn't know it was only for dealers. The person was incredibly nice, she just kept telling me to "tell your customer ..." But Jeff is right, bypass the human, use the voice recognition system. I've never had a problem with it and I've called it regularly since my truck was ordered.

My friend tried the VOPC this morning, and the responce was " as of April 19, the truck had arrived at the ramp" What does that mean? The dealer is no help.
