Cool Lights
I saw a new setup for extra lights on the rear of a pickup the other night. It was a straight line of approx. 30 red lights mounted just below the tailgate. They were coming on as a third brake light. That was cool in itself, but then when he turned on his blinkers it made that side of the line blink with the normal blinker as well. Wow, I liked it a lot. Has anybody seen this kit available? Thanks for any leads, John

I saw this place's ad in street rodder this month

they have a setup like that, either hook up both wires to the brake switch or run 1 to left & 1 to right and the function as turn & brake lights.
I never looked to see how much it costs though

My boss and another co-worker both have them on their trucks..Both Chebbies too, boss has a new 04' crew cab dually and had a small strip in the center of his truck from factory

Thanks for help guys, and yes fergy I am distracted by shiny things. I've been known to follow fire trucks for miles! They got lots of chrome and stainless. Wow. Thanks, guys.When I grow up I want to be a posting guru too! John

I believe I saw the same lights last night while browsing a JC Whitney catalog (can't seem to get off their mailing list and haven't bought from them in over 10 years). Kinda wondering myself how they would look on a '53. hmmmm.
