Since the intake and exhaust manifold use the same gasket, meaning they are attached, you will have to remove the intake to get the lower portion of the gasket off, i'd assume.
To deal with the fuel lines, take them off, and find an appropriate sized bolt that will fit inside the fuel line, make sure it is clean, slip it inside the fuel line, and tighten the clamp over it, effectively trapping all the excess fuel in the line and not allowing it to leak.
With the headers and the new gaskets, these two will be separate deals, and you won't ever have to worry about this issue again.
also what is a good way to get stuck bolts off. there is one that is not wanting to come off and i dont want to heat it up b/c of all the hoses around it.
spray some wd40 or liquid wrench i like it better spray it all over the bolt and tap around it with a hammer repeat this several times and it will come right out.
