74 ford vibration

I have a mild vibration at around 2800-2900 rpm this is even in neutral or with the clutch depressed. I have a 74 f-100 with a 390 and an np-435 trans and np-203 transfer case. would like to see if anyone has any ideas

Is this while driving down the road? If so, could be the driveline. or related; carrier bearing bad, U-joint bad etc.

no this problem occures while sitting still but you can still notice it running down the road

that was my next look i did crawl under tonight and seen that the trans transfer case mount is spliting not sure if that has anything to do with it
